So, we are a bunch of programmers...
Yes, we are...
Just one more detail: we are a bunch of professional programmers.
Do you know what is the difference?
A good programmer can:
- understand the customer requirements
- create the requested application / service / website
- provide on request support - reactive
A professional programmer can:
- understand the customer requirements
- agree with the customer on every single detail in written (for example, if the customer means RED Color, it should be
#FF0000 and not FF3333)
- agree on deliverables, timing and reporting
- create / test / change the application in continuous connection with the customer
- keep periodical communication on to-do list, future tasks, bottlenecks and challenges
- deliver standardized application, along with full documentation, user guide and testing reports
- provide proactive support to the customer, consulting in on all new updates or bug fixing regarding the app.
There are quite few differences...
We are not perfect, we just know that proper communication is the key to every relationship, B2B, H2H, or H2M, or even P2P (programmer to programmer - the most difficult one sometimes)
Finally yes, we are a bunch of professional programmers who know how to communicate properly, and we are proud of that.
